Bed Bug Size
One of the most common questions we get asked is “Can you actually see Bed Bugs with your naked eye?” The answer is yes. Bed Bugs are very easily identified. If the bugs themselves are difficult to spot, their evidence is not. Black fecal spots on bedding, shed skins, blood spots, and other debris.
In the image below, you will see that Bed Bugs have 5 stages before adulthood. Each stage is noticeably different than before and as they mature, they are more similar in appearance making their size the main difference the closer to adulthood. The Bed Bug eggs are normally grouped together in small groups of 5-7 and are translucent to white in color. The eggs are by far the most difficult to spot and are easily overlooked upon inspection.
